Beach Practice Practical Wisdom ... Here are a few tips for our 46th beach practice on Saturday, January 16th, 2016, from 1-1:45 PM, at English Bay. Competitive karate-do offers opportunities to develop and present our skills honed in practice.  Having officials who are knowledgeable and experienced supports that.   Here are a few familiar faces at the German Open in Hamburg. Summer in Croatia!

Umag, Croatia held the 9th annual Youth Karate Cup Camp.
