Our Club
The UBC club currently trains twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-8:30pm. You can expect a mix of traditional training, sparring drills, and always a great workout. In addition to bi-weekly practices, we also participate in classic UBC must-do activities such as Storm the Wall and Day of the Longboat, and don’t miss our annual Halloween practice (yes, costumes are required!) We welcome students of all levels and experience – whether it’s your first time, or have previously trained under other styles, we are happy to have you!
